As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive an email with your discount codes for the relevant categories on our website. We will also include a written attachment to your order on which the discount codes are also noted. It is important to note that you are always logged into your account so that the discount codes are valid.

The codes are deactivated during all special promotional periods such as company anniversaries, Marc Gebauer birthday specials and Black Friday. Please note that items that have already been reduced are excluded from the Gentlemen's Club benefits at all times.

Scope and duration

• Membership in the Marc Gebauer Lifestyle GmbH club is limited to one year from the date of conclusion of the contract and ends automatically after this period without being renewed.

Member benefits

• Members receive a 10% discount on perfumes, excluding perfumes of the Marc Gebauer brand.

• Members also receive a 10% discount on items in the Fashion (clothes) and Collectibles/Accessories categories as well as the Marc Gebauer category, with the exception of perfumes.

• There is a 1% discount on watches.

• Products from the precious metals category are excluded from club membership discounts .

• Members benefit from free shipping on every order.

• As a welcome gift, new members receive a Gentlemen's Club keychain and a perfume from Xerjoff Naxos.

• Early access to anniversaries, promotions and Black Friday & perfume releases

• The welcome gift is given once at the start of membership.

• Items that have already been reduced are also excluded from the promotion.

• If the code violates these regulations, the orders will be canceled immediately.

• The codes can only be used if you are logged in. It is forbidden to pass on the codes as they are only linked to the individual registered person.

• The value of the welcome gift (€245 for Xerjoff Naxos and €234 for the Art Collectible keychain) cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation or expiration of membership.

• There is no need to cancel your membership as it automatically expires after one year.

• Members can re-register for the club after their current membership expires.

• Marc Gebauer Lifestyle GmbH undertakes to treat the personal data of its members in accordance with the applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

• Members agree that their personal data may be used to carry out the membership.

• Marc Gebauer Lifestyle GmbH reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of club membership. Changes will be announced at least 5 days in advance.

• Marc Gebauer Lifestyle GmbH is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits in connection with membership.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

• This membership agreement is subject to German law.
