The Royal Australia Mint delights investors and collectors alike with this new coin series.
The first coin in the new series “Australia's Coat of Arms” was inspired by the Commonwealth coat of arms. The coat of arms shows a kangaroo and an emu holding the shield. The individual coats of arms of the federal states can be seen in the shield. The coat of arms introduced in 1912 also features a floral bouquet of acacia trees, which forms the background. Above the shield is a star with seven points, one point for each federal state.
Many of the elements of the coat of arms can also be found on the coin, for example a kangaroo is depicted on the value side and an emu on the reverse. The portrait of Queen Elizabeth is only shown in a small circle on the reverse. In the background of the animals there are also floral elements that are reminiscent of the coat of arms.
Due to the limitation to 50,000 coins worldwide, this coin is predestined to experience a very good increase in value .
