Delivery information
Standard delivery:After you place your order, it usually takes 3-4 working days for your package to arrive.
Watch delivery:If you order watches, you should expect a delivery time of up to 10 working days from the order date.
Fittings: If your order contains bottlings, please note that we bottle these products in-house. Therefore, it may take up to 14 business days for your package to arrive.
Mixed orders: If your order contains bottlings, watches or other products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time always applies to the entire order. This means that your order will not be shipped until all products are ready.
Incorrect information: Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If the information is incorrect, the package will be returned to Marc Gebauer Lifestyle GmbH.
Anniversary Delivery (Anniversary, Birthday, Black Friday):On anniversaries, a delivery time of up to 8 weeks can be expected.
In order to offer you complete security when purchasing, we grant you a 14-day right of return (with the exception of watches). If you are not satisfied with your watch, you can return the watch free of charge. We ask you to send us your decision by email. You will then receive a label from us for free and insured return shipping. In the event of a cancellation, we will cover the direct costs for the insured return shipping.
