This crazy design is made from 1 ounce of pure silver, coloured and sculpted to emulate the Clown Princess of Crime, with her distinctive blue and pink hair and bleached white skin. Some lightness has been added to further enhance the design. The obverse features the Ian Rank Broadley portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, confirming the coin as legal tender.

In partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, the coin was presented in a blue velvet case and placed in a custom-made box.
