The Gold CombiBar® is a bar made up of several 1 g gold bars. The individual gold bars of the Gold CombiBar® are stamped with the weight, fineness and manufacturer's information and are connected to one another at precisely calculated breaking points - thus forming a stable unit. The gold bars can be easily separated without loss by bending them. CombiBars® are available as bar in gold, silver, platinum or palladium, with the fine gold content of a Gold CombiBar® being 999.9.
 
The advantages of a Gold CombiBar® over a normal gold bar are, on the one hand, the ability to buy or sell pieces, and, on the other hand, the ease of handling and storage. Bars are produced in DIN format and can therefore be easily stacked in safes or lockers, for example.
