New York's newest and most dynamic urban area - the High Line - is extremely extraordinary. The former elevated railway line from the 1930s is now overgrown with wetlands. In recent years, the area has been gradually transformed into a public park - and is now considered absolutely "in" with its spectacular hotels and panoramic views over the Hudson River and the skyline.
