If you would like to return an item purchased from our online shop, you have 14 days from the date you received the goods (except for watches) to return your order. Please note that the items must be received by us within this period.

Please note! Non-protected watches may only be tried on, but not worn. Wearing the watch results in a loss of value for which the consumer must pay compensation.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. This does not apply to watches with a value of more than €2,000.

So that we can continue to guarantee the quality of the watches for our customers, we do not accept returns where our vacuum packaging has been removed.

Please note that if you return the watch, you will be required to pay compensation for even the smallest marks or scratches. We therefore strongly recommend that you do not remove the vacuum or other seals.
